“The strongest thing we offer is we care, we love them,” Ms. Eddie, Executive Director, Community Outreach Service Center, says of their years of work helping people in the community they love.

Ms. Eddie Woolfolk and her husband and Pastor Robert “Bob” Woolfolk. The Woolfolks are co-founders of Community Outreach Service Center and why the Center has been providing for the Five Points/Curtis Park community since it was founded in 1988.
The COSC Peer Support Network creates a peer network where clients work together to build a better community by developing the 5 Pillars of COSC: Housing, Employment, Basic Needs, Peer-to-Peer Support, and Community Wealth to create a pathway for all to emotional wellbeing.

COSC’s celebrates its first supportive housing program at Charity's House Apartments
Charity's House Apartments opened in July, 2023. The beautiful new building is located at 3022 Welton Street. It provides over 36 formerly homeless, incarcerated individuals with permanent, supportive housing.
COSC also has a Charity's House Men's Transitional Housing Program in single home and it is currently taking applications. Please email Info@coscdenver.org to get one if needed. We provide rooms for rent that are safe and clean with case management and peer services.
